These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Cloudelle application, website and services operated by Cloudelle Hospitality Services Limited.
By using Cloudelle, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use Cloudelle.
2. Account Registration
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate account information
- Keeping login credentials secure
- Ensuring contact details remain current
Cloudelle may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Food Orders
Orders placed through Cloudelle are subject to:
- Product availability
- Operating hours
- Delivery area restrictions
- Order acceptance
Cloudelle reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed within the application are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through approved payment providers including Revolut. Cloudelle does not store complete payment card information.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility may vary depending on circumstances including:
- Incorrect orders
- Quality issues
- Delivery failures
Refund decisions remain at Cloudelle's discretion and in accordance with Irish consumer law. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Nilayam Membership
Membership benefits may include:
- Community access
- Member pricing
- Special offers
- Event participation
Membership plans may change from time to time.
Trial Membership
Eligible users may receive a 30-day trial period. Cloudelle reserves the right to modify or withdraw trial offers.
Paid Memberships
Paid memberships renew according to the selected plan unless cancelled. Benefits may vary between membership tiers.
8. Wallet and Credits
Promotional credits, referral rewards and wallet balances:
- Have no cash value unless required by law
- May expire where specified
- Cannot be transferred between users
9. Referrals
Referral rewards are granted only when qualifying conditions are met. Cloudelle may withhold rewards in cases of abuse, fraud or duplicate accounts.
10. User Conduct
Users must not:
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Abuse staff or other users
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Misuse promotional offers
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloudelle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
12. Changes to Terms
Cloudelle may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
